All of our rooms are moderately priced from $109 - $159, based on double occupancy. Rates may be higher on special weekends and holiday periods.

All rooms come equipped with telephones
We provide wireless internet and fax service.
We offer complimentary coffee, tea, orange juice and muffins in the morning from 8 to 10 am.
The Golden Egg, four doors down, serves a full breakfast with lots of Vermont specialties.
The Pub is open Tuesday through Sunday from 4pm on.
The dining room is open Wednesday through Sunday from 5:30 pm on.
Dinner reservations are encouraged.
Housekeeping is provided daily. If there is a specific time you would like your room made up, please inform the front desk and we will do our best to accommodate you. In a pinch, we can offer limited laundry service. Check with our desk.
Room service can be arranged for certain menu items.

There are car services available from all major airports, including Logan, Hartford and Manchester and the Amtrak station in Bellows Falls.
We offer private parking.
Saxtons River is a walking community and walking to the river or up to the Academy is a great way to explore classic small town Vermont.

Payment
Room rates do not include Vermont room tax of 9%
We require a one night deposit in order to secure a reservation.
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, money orders and cash for payment.
Personal checks can be accepted for deposit only.
Reservations are acknowledged by e-mail or by mail.
Check in from 3 to 9 pm
Check out 11 am
For late arrivals, please make arrangements with our front desk
Vermont law prohibits smoking in any interior space.
You may smoke on our balconies or side porches
Cancellation
Deposits may be returned up to ten days in advance with a $25 cancellation fee.
Pets
We love pets and happily host them with some restrictions. Pets may not be left alone in the rooms or be taken into the public areas. We charge $20 per day plus a $25 cleaning fee. Only certain rooms can accommodate pets so reservations should be made in advance. Unfortunately, certain size dogs and certain breeds can't be accepted at the inn. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pet. |
